My first time ordering with them was late 2020 I got a great deal of R649 for the Adidas Orginals USA 84. I love originals and immediately bought it, I think less than 5days later from Cape Town to East London it arrived. Only downside is, it is private delivery men... the man that dropped it came in a beaten 90s Toyota corolla looking like a taxi driver, and just handed it over the fence without signature. But he did call me and superbalist did send SMSs that the shoe is delivered etc. I got a permanent mark on the one shoe on the white stripe and I tried my best to get it off because it's easily noticeable. I guess they were R649 because of that mark.

I ordered from this brand but the package never arrived. When contacting the service client, they are telling you "Please note that drivers are not obligated to call customers upon delivery, as it is their personal airtime and a call is also dependent on their availability". So the drivers will not call you, not ring and not wait. You have to wait outside on the Street during 10 hours. Worst shipping experience, I don't recommand it.
Superbalist service us unacceptable.
Quality is just as bad as the service.
They don't redund you fit faulty products their staff are rude and unhelpful
Initially my card was charged multiple times for one transaction and lost 4700 which l never got back. Secondly l requested my wallet funds to be transfered to my bank account and that was the end of it, 987.06 gone and from then it was just stories and stories. Please stay away from Superbalist.
I must start by saying that I have never had any major problems with Superbalist before. Recently, I bought some sunglasses, and the payment stalled 3 times, but it didn't go through on their side (ie. I had no purchase confirmation). However, my account was debited all 3 times. I used a different payment method and it worked and I got my sunglasses with no problem (as is normal). When I asked them to return the incorrect payments, they said that they had already sent a system reversal and that my bank would refund me after 7-10 working days. This did not happen. My bank told me that the money had gone through and that Superbalist needed to refund me. Superbalist asked for proof of payment which I submitted twice. I was bounced from person to person on their help desk and in the end, they just seemed to start ignoring me, despite multiple emails from me asking for updates. This went on for over a month. My bank has now sent me a dispute form so I can get my money back. This process can take up to 45 days. Absolutely disgraceful customer service from Superbalist. Imagine withholding over R7,000 for 2.5 months! I have never had any major problems with them before so I'm not saying don't use them, but I would advise anyone to be very careful when using your credit card on their site, especially if it doesn't go through the first time. They clearly have a faulty internal system and their customer service has been abysmal on this occasion. Their unwillingness or inability to help me get to the bottom of this has actually been shocking.
This was the worst online shopping experience I've had. My package was never delivered, even after weeks of pleading with them. When I eventually asked for a refund, I did not receive a response. I honestly don't understand how they are still in business, I wish I could rate them lower than one star.
